What Happens When I Donate a Vehicle? 1.  Start by filling out a Charity Car Donation Application or call our toll free number at 800-324-7172 seven days a week. 2.  Within 24 business hours you will be contact by a local transport company to make arrangements to pickup your donation. 3.  The tow driver will deliver your tax receipt at the time the vehicle is picked up. What areas of the country do you pickup donations? Donations are accepted in all 50 States (some restrictions may apply if you are located more than 50 miles from our closest facility).
